Maruhubi Beach Villas is about fifteen minutes drive from Stone Town. Maruhubi is ideally located for exploring Stone Town whilst still having the peace and beauty of a beach location.
The five stone-built villas, with makuti thatch roofs and ceilings, have large verandas which overlook Mtoni beach, all with excellent sea views. Each villa has two air-conditioned double bedrooms with ensuite shower with hot and cold water, toilet and basin.
The comfortable bedrooms are furnished with large double Zanzibari beds, mosquito nets, wardrobe, clothes shelves, desk, chairs, bedside tables and fan. There are large mosquito netted windows allowing free air movement in the rooms. A fast laundry service is available.
To compliment the view, there is a river running below the villas where you can catch the reflection of the moon rising and the occasional fish!
There is a seafront restaurant complimented with a fully stocked bar (wine, spirits, beers, sodas) and an extensive menu which is available from 11 am onwards.
A large fresh water swimming pool is situated next to the restaurant and directly onto the seafront. Maruhubi is ideally located for exploring Stone Town whilst still having the peace and beauty of a beach location.

A cancellation fee will be payable for all no-shows and reservations released within 40 days of the arrival of the client based on the following scale:
a) No Shows: 100% of the full booking value
b) Within 4 days: 100% of the full booking value
c) 5 to 8 days: 75% of the full booking value
d) 10 to 16 days: 50% of the full booking value
e) 17 to 40 days: 25% of the full booking value
